What we collect
When you enquire or hold a portal account we keep the basics: your name, company, email, phone number and your booking history with us. Nothing more.
How it's used
To run your bookings, invoice you and stay in touch about work at the studio. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else, and we don't run advertising trackers on this site.
Where it lives
Account and booking data is stored with our hosting and database providers under access controls; emails are sent through our transactional email provider. We keep records only as long as the working relationship — and tax law — requires.
